PLAY KINDLY. BUILD BOLDLY.

Terms of Use

Welcome to Tomorrow CEO (“tmrCEO,” “we,” or “our”). These terms explain the rules for using tmrceo.com, including our games, stories, bookshelf and project activities. Children bring the ideas and lead the learning; adults help with resources, mentorship and guidance.

1. Using tmrCEO together

These terms apply to your use of this website. Please read them alongside our Privacy & email preferences page. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site’s interactive features.

Young visitors should read these rules with a parent or guardian and ask for their help before submitting information or joining a project. Parents and guardians are responsible for helping children understand what they share and for providing any permission required for their participation.

These terms do not replace any separate parental notice or consent required for a particular feature. Reading this page or using the website does not verify parental consent.

2. Gamer names and high scores

You can play Snake without publishing a name or score. If you choose “Save & join,” your chosen nickname and best score can appear on our public top-ten board. Choose a nickname instead of sharing your full name, school, address, email or other private information.

Guest names and device best scores are remembered in your browser. The shared board keeps one best score per guest browser; a browser is not a verified person or account. You can change your nickname in the game. Clearing browser data can remove your access to that guest record, and we cannot guarantee recovery of lost guest scores.

Play fairly. Do not submit fake scores, automate score farming, impersonate another person, interfere with score checks, or disrupt other visitors. Glitch hunting is welcome; exploiting a glitch to spoil the game for others is not. We may correct or remove invalid scores and inappropriate nicknames. High scores have no cash value, and the board does not promise prizes.

3. A kind place to learn

Do not use the site to bully, threaten, harass or discriminate against anyone. Do not submit hateful, sexually explicit, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate content, spam, malicious links or someone else’s private information. Do not try to access private records or damage the website.

We may review, edit, decline or remove contributions, nicknames or scores, or limit access to a feature, to protect visitors and keep the project useful. Content is not guaranteed to be reviewed immediately. If something concerns you, ask an adult for help and contact us.

4. Discoveries and contributions

Everyone is welcome to suggest an interesting discovery. Share your own words and a source we can check. Only submit material you created or have permission to share. A parent or guardian should help a child with permission where needed.

You keep ownership of your original contribution. By submitting it for possible publication, you give tmrCEO non-exclusive permission, without a fee, to review it, make reasonable edits for accuracy, clarity or suitability, and publish it on this website with your chosen public credit. This permission does not transfer ownership to us.

Submissions do not publish automatically, and sending something does not guarantee publication or payment. Selected posts include an author credit and publication date. If no public name is supplied, we may use an anonymous contributor credit. Contact us about a correction, credit or removal request.

5. Projects, roles and adult support

Leadership titles and open roles describe opportunities to learn, create and lead projects. Expressing interest does not assign a role or create employment, a paid job, ownership, shares or a promise of funding. A title on this site alone does not authorise someone to sign a contract or commit another person’s money.

Adults provide investment, mentorship and practical support while children develop their ideas. Any real-world project, spending, investment or paid arrangement needs its own appropriate agreement and adult involvement. This website does not collect investment payments or offer investments. Funding-preview values are demonstration placeholders, not actual financial results.

6. Books, artwork and other content

Respect the rights of authors, artists, contributors and other creators. Site content and third-party material remain with their respective rights holders, and any stated licence or attribution still applies. Being able to view something here does not give permission to republish someone else’s work.

Our bookshelf encourages visiting libraries, borrowing books and sharing copies with friends. Book covers identify the books and remain the property of their respective rights holders. Sharing a physical book is different from copying or distributing its text or illustrations.

We link to sources and other websites to support learning. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not a guarantee about every page, product or statement on another website.

7. Privacy and optional updates

Our Privacy & email preferences page explains browser storage, guest cookies, public scores, shared book likes and privately reviewed submissions. Please review it before sharing information.

Newsletter signup is optional and uses a separate opt-in. You can unsubscribe using your private unsubscribe link or the preferences page in the browser where you signed up. Joining a game or expressing interest in a role does not subscribe you to updates.

Google sign-in is optional. It links your chosen gamer nickname and best score to an account so you can return on another device. Your Google name and email are not shown on the leaderboard. Keep access to your Google account secure and log out on shared devices. You can continue playing as a guest.

8. An evolving learning project

We aim to make tmrCEO enjoyable and useful, but content can contain mistakes and features can change, pause or be retired. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular learning or business results, or permanent storage of guest scores. Please tell us when something needs fixing.

Information here supports learning and curiosity. It does not replace advice from a qualified professional about a specific legal, financial or other professional matter. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the project grows. We will change the “Last updated” date when we do. Please review the current terms when using a new feature. If a change needs separate notice or consent, a change to this page alone is not a substitute for it.

10. Questions, corrections and concerns

Contact the tmrCEO project team at gideon@gmail.com about these terms, privacy, content credit, removal requests or a problem with the site. Children should ask a parent or guardian to help. Include only the information needed to understand your request; never send passwords or private sign-in codes.
